Oyasumi

Beep. Beep. Beep.

The machines keeping him alive beeped nonstop, as if reminding him that he’s dying.

Dying.

He can’t seem to wrap his head around that fact. He was dying. Leaving. Never coming back. Never ending sleep.

Gone forever.

He can’t. He just can’t accept it. The omnivore can’t die. He’s strong. He is an omnivore. He may be weak, but he has a strong will. Strong enough to keep himself alive.

Even strong enough to keep him alive.

“Tsunayoshi…” he whispered.

“Kyo-Kyoya…” Tsuna breathed out.

He smiled. This omnivore is dying and all he can think about is him.

“Kyoya…I’m sleepy…” Tsuna said as he started to close his eyes.

Beep. Beep. Beep.

He shook his lover, trying to keep him awake. Keep him from leaving. From dying.

“Tsunayoshi! Tsunayoshi!” he said.

“Kyoya… Aishiteru…”

Beep. Beep. Beep.

Tsunayoshi is gone. Leaving. Never coming back. Forever asleep.

Dead.

“Oyasumi, Tsunayoshi.”
